How does my mom get tea tree balm out of her hair?

My mom(a white lady) bought some tea tree balm out of the ethnic section in Wal-Mart to see if it would help moisturize her hair and scalp... 2 days, 2 bottles of shampoo and a half a bottle of palm-olive later her hair is still waxy and greasy, how can she get it out??????

Dawn dishwashing soap. I'm serious. It's so potent at cleaning off oil and grease that they use it to save wildlife in the aftermath of oil tanker spills.

Reply:Yeap, dishwashing soap should work .. or can try Lemon Juice... that is acidy so it'd cut the oils.
